Graphics

I hope to keep adding new graphics to this section, though I don't really have much time to work on it. My 3D Stereograms may require a bit of explanation if you haven't seen them before.

Some of the stuff in these pages may take some time to download; all big pictures are thumbnailed, so you don't have to worry about continuing from here, but if you have a slow connection be wary of which thumbnails you decide to click on. The still pictures are all in JPG format, because they're just too huge (though a lot cleaner) in their native bitmap (*.bmp) format. If you want the bitmap version of any of the pictures in here (some of them make great Windows wallpaper), or if you're "conversant" in POV-Ray and would like to know how I did any of them, just e-mail me. The pictures look best on a 16- or 24-bit color display (i.e., a screen that can show lots of different colors at the same time).

As of now, you can choose from the following sections; enjoy:

Model of the Mikdash - I haven't made much progress in this project in the past few years, but the original plan was to use a 3D graphics program to create a virtual model of the entire second Beit HaMikdash (Temple in Jerusalem); I've completed most of the major keilim
Arayot and Sh'niyot Family Tree - see a huge family tree of all the family members Jewish law prohibits one from marrying
3D Graphics - miscellaneous 3D graphics
3D Animations - miscellaneous 3D animations
Scientific Query - I've used animated GIFs to help illustrate a scientific question I was pondering at one point; anyone interested in astronomy, please check it out
3D Landscapes - realistic landscapes created with a free, easy-to-use program I found
Web Sites I've Designed - see the different graphic looks of the few web sites I've designed
